I'm much better right now, but it took me seriously looking at the future of my biz & making plans to add on some support before I could really get out of it. I have that t-shirt. I'm not delegating yet. I'm slowing down a little to keep my head on straight. I want to do a bunch of things right now, but if I were my own client, I'd advise me to ease up a little. Mind you, I'm not overwhelmed with admin work.
